ESG Rating Process
ECPI ESG analysis has been designed to integrate environmental, social and governance metrics ("ESG") into modern investment process.

ECPI has built a disciplined, rule-based and certified Screening Methodology.
It uses a comprehensive set of indicators in the areas of issuers' Environmental and Social policies and Corporate Governance structure (including Product Process; Environmental Impact; Community Relations; Diversity Management; Human Resources; Subsidiaries activity; Balance Sheet Transparency; BoD Composition and Rules).

The screening process leads to the ESG Rating of the Company.
Ratings range from a low F (not compliant with minimum defined standard) to a high EEE (outstanding).

The screening process is based on public available information (e.g. Annual and Sustainability Reports, Code of conduct, Code of internal dealing), information provided by qualified media sources, NGO's statements and the direct contact with investor relations.
